  More N.Y. City "street" pictures by Richard Rainbolt. This photograph captured in January, 1985 was taken during the winter in New York City, NY in a plaza. It is cataloged under the terms street photography, cities, architecture and urban scenes in this photography database.

  The image was exposed on film stock using a camera with a lens.

Photographer Comments: Another sentimental picture because my late Grandfather Richard "Dick" Rainbolt was the photographer. I am not sure about the location of these buildings, and would be very happy if someone who does know would contact me and provide me more information! I'm thinking the location is probably in Manhattan somewhere, possibly near Rockefeller Center?

I think the dated honeycomb architecture of the smaller building in the foreground is rather interesting.
