    Secret Service sharpshooters on top of a Federal building along the inauguration parade route. The Washington Monument can be seen in the distance. This photograph dated January 21, 1997 was taken by Jim Epler during the winter in Washington, DC at the corner of 15th and Pennsylvania Avenues.    The image was exposed on 35mm Kodak MAX 400 color film stock using a Nikon OneTouch 100 camera with a lens.
